Deployment & Integration Support

Help rolling out and integrating the Sensorium™ hardware and the 5Tech Platform with the systems you already run — commissioning support, integration with your existing tools and PLC/SCADA, documentation, and operator training and handover, scoped to your project.

FIG-001 · Deployment Support Hero Figure FIG-001 — Deployment & Integration Support brings commissioning help, operator training, and integration with your existing systems together for your project.

Who this is for

Deployment & Integration Support is the engagement for moving from a validated pilot into production — rolling the system out and integrating it with what you already run. It is the right fit when:

  • a Pilot & Proof-of-Value (or an equivalent evaluation) has already demonstrated the value of the Sensorium™ hardware and the 5Tech Platform, and you want help putting it into service;
  • the deployment has to live alongside and inside your existing systems — ERP, EAM, and PLC/SCADA — rather than beside them as another disconnected silo;
  • commissioning the hardware, training the people who will run it, and producing the documentation you expect for audit and continuity all have to happen together, on a coordinated schedule.

Problems we solve

  • Consistent rollout. A pilot proves one configuration at one location. Putting it into production means reproducing that consistently across the equipment variants and network conditions in scope. We help standardise a reference design and roll out in planned steps so the deployment behaves predictably.
  • Integration, not isolation. The value of the Platform comes from it working with your existing systems. We help connect its monitoring, automation, and AI-assisted reporting to your ERP, EAM, and PLC/SCADA so events can become work orders and data flows where it should — with your team deciding how it is used.
  • Commissioning support. Installing and verifying Sensorium™ Gateways, Safety Zone sensors, and Smart Bolts across the sites in scope is a logistics and quality problem. We help commission methodically and verify each install against the agreed acceptance criteria.
  • Operator readiness. Technology no one is trained on does not get used. We train the operators and maintainers who will run the system day to day.
  • Continuity and audit. A production system needs as-built documentation, runbooks, and a clean handover — not tribal knowledge. We produce them as part of the deployment.

What you get (deliverables)

Scope for each item is agreed during discovery; the rollout scope and the schedule are defined per engagement, not assumed.

  • Rollout plan & reference architecture — the standardised design, integration map, network and security plan, and a phased rollout schedule scoped to your project.
  • Commissioned hardware — Sensorium™ Gateways, Safety Zone sensors, and Smart Bolts installed, configured, and verified across the agreed scope.
  • Integrations with your existing systems — the 5Tech Platform connected to your ERP, EAM, and PLC/SCADA, with data flows validated against the acceptance criteria.
  • Configured Platform — monitoring dashboards, automation workflows, and alert rules configured for your operations, with AI-assisted reporting set up where useful.
  • Training — hands-on operator and maintainer training for the teams who will own the system.
  • Documentation set — as-built records, integration specifications, runbooks, and a handover package.
  • Handover — a clean transition into your team's day-to-day operation, optionally continuing with 5Tech Monitoring & Maintenance Support.

How we work

FIG-002 · Engagement Process Figure FIG-002 — The five-phase engagement — discover, design, commission, integrate, then train and hand over — following a proof-of-value pilot and leading into ongoing monitoring & maintenance support.

The engagement runs in five phases. It typically follows a Pilot & Proof-of-Value and can lead into Monitoring & Maintenance Support; the duration and rollout scope are set by the size and complexity of the deployment.

  1. Discover. Survey the sites in scope, review the existing ERP, EAM, and PLC/SCADA systems, and agree the rollout scope and acceptance criteria.
  2. Design. Produce the reference architecture, the integration mapping, and a phased rollout plan with the supporting network and security design.
  3. Commission. Install and commission the Sensorium™ hardware — Gateways, Safety Zone sensors, and Smart Bolts — across the agreed scope in planned steps, verifying each install against the acceptance criteria.
  4. Integrate. Connect the 5Tech Platform to your ERP, EAM, and PLC/SCADA, and validate the data flows before they are relied on.
  5. Train & hand over. Train the operators and maintainers, deliver the as-built documentation and runbooks, and hand over cleanly — into your own operation, optionally with ongoing Monitoring & Maintenance Support.

Example use cases

  • Fleet monitoring rollout. Help roll the Fleet Management solution out across the assets in scope — Gateways for connectivity and alert rules for prioritising events — integrated with your EAM so maintenance signals can be raised as work orders for your team to action.
  • Construction site monitoring rollout. Deploy Safety Zone sensors and Smart Bolts across the active sites in scope, feeding the Platform's monitoring dashboards, with hazard alerts and records flowing into your ERP and EAM.
  • Manufacturing with PLC/SCADA integration. Instrument the plant and integrate the Platform with the existing PLC/SCADA so alerts and reports sit alongside your established control systems rather than around them, with an audit trail your team can rely on.

Related services & industries

  • Comes after: Pilot & Proof-of-Value — validates the case on a bounded scope before you commit to a wider rollout.
  • Leads into: Monitoring & Maintenance Support — an optional retainer to help keep the system healthy once you are live: device-health checks, dashboard and alert tuning, and updates.
  • Draws on engineering capability as needed: Embedded Systems & IoT, AI Automation & Agents, Robotics & Automation, Machine Vision & Computer Vision, and Custom Engineering & Consulting for site-specific work.
  • Built on: the Sensorium™ product family — Gateway, Safety Zone, and Smart Bolt — and the 5Tech Platform (monitoring, automation, and AI-assisted reporting). See their datasheets and manuals for specifications and operation.
  • Typical industries: Manufacturing Automation, Warehouse Robotics, Smart Buildings & IoT, and construction / worksite operations.
